Atlantic American entered a third amendment to its revolving credit agreement with Truist Bank on July 31, 2026.
The amendment extends to no later than Oct. 12, 2026 the deadline to deliver audited 2025 financial statements.
It also extends the deadline for interim financials for the quarters ended March 31, 2026 and June 30, 2026.
Compliance certificates tied to financial covenants under the credit agreement are covered by the same extension.
