Atlantic American faces Nasdaq delisting over late financial reports
AAME•Nasdaq issued Atlantic American a delisting determination on October 16, 2026, after the insurer missed a deadline for its 2025 annual report and two 2026 quarterly reports. The annual report has since been filed, but the quarterly reports remain outstanding.
1. Delisting appeal planned
Atlantic American received a Nasdaq delisting determination for failing to meet periodic reporting requirements. The insurer filed its 2025 annual report on October 16, 2026, but its March and June 2026 quarterly reports remain outstanding after it missed an extended October 12 deadline. The company plans to appeal by October 23 and will seek a further stay; requesting a hearing automatically stays delisting for 15 calendar days. Continued trading of its common stock on Nasdaq is not assured.
