Atlantic American amended its credit agreement with Truist Bank, extending the deadline for its 2025 audited financial statements and related compliance certificates to Oct. 23, 2026, from Oct. 15.

Atlantic American amended its Revolving Credit Agreement with Truist Bank on Oct. 15, 2026, moving the deadline for its 2025 audited consolidated financial statements and related compliance certificates to Oct. 23. An Oct. 9 amendment had extended the deadlines for first-three-quarter 2026 interim financial statements and related certificates to Nov. 30.

2. Other amendment terms

The latest amendment set American Southern Insurance Company's minimum required AM Best financial strength rating at A-. Truist waived related defaults occurring before the Oct. 15 amendment.
