Atlantic International is expanding its $1.2 billion global technology and workforce services platform into AI infrastructure, cybersecurity and data center services through its $780 million Circle8 Group, leveraging January’s acquisition of 16,000 technology professionals. Atlantic expects the expansion to accelerate organic growth, increase revenue and improve long-term EBITDA margins.
2. AI Infrastructure Initiatives
Circle8 is deploying proprietary AI software, GPU-as-a-Service, AI-native cloud solutions, high-performance compute infrastructure and custom enterprise AI deployments. The company is also evaluating targeted acquisitions in AI software and infrastructure services to deepen capabilities and accelerate execution.
3. Cybersecurity Capabilities
Circle8 is enhancing cybersecurity offerings with specialized talent platforms, managed security operations including SOC-as-a-Service, and advisory services for evolving regulatory frameworks such as NIS2 compliance in Europe. This expansion addresses rising corporate demand for integrated security solutions.
4. Data Infrastructure Development
Atlantic is targeting data center development, acquisition and management projects to support enterprise and AI workloads. Initial target markets have been identified and discussions with potential capital partners are underway to fund and accelerate infrastructure build-out.
