Atlas Critical Minerals’ shares began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ATCX symbol on January 13, 2026. The company raised $11 million by selling 1.38 million shares at $8.00 each in an upsized public offering to fund its 218,000-hectare critical minerals portfolio in Brazil.
