The company reported a net loss of $50.3 million and adjusted EBITDA of $221.7 million on total volumes of 21.6 million tons, including 5.9 million tons shipped via the Dune Express.

In Q4 2025, Atlas posted $249.4 million in revenue with a net loss of $22.2 million and adjusted EBITDA of $36.7 million. Volumes reached 5.3 million tons as utilization of the Dune Express hit record levels during the holiday season.
3. Power Generation Expansion Plans
Atlas is evaluating more than 2 GW of behind-the-meter power opportunities and ordered 240 MW of generation equipment in November 2025. The company aims to deploy approximately 500 MW of capacity by 2027, targeting data centers, manufacturing and energy clients.
