Atlas Energy Solutions subsidiary enters BOP purchase agreement with Wyoming Machinery Company
AESI•An Atlas Energy Solutions subsidiary entered a BOP equipment purchase agreement with Wyoming Machinery Company for about $340.50 million, with shipments scheduled from June to December 2027. Shackelford also agreed to buy 328 MW of generator equipment for $273 million, scheduled for shipment from April 2027 to February 2028.

Atlas Energy Solutions said in an SEC filing that a subsidiary entered a BOP equipment purchase agreement with Wyoming Machinery Company for about $340.50 million, with shipments scheduled for June through December 2027. Shackelford entered a separate generator purchase agreement with Wyoming Machinery Company for 328 MW of equipment at $273 million, scheduled for shipment from April 2027 through February 2028.
