AtlasClear extends USD 500,000 debenture maturity to Feb. 3, 2027 under amendment with Sixth Borough Capital Fund
ATCH•Debenture maturity extended under amendment
AtlasClear entered Amendment No. 1 to its Debenture Agreement with Sixth Borough Capital Fund on Sept. 11, 2026.
The amendment extends the maturity of a USD 500,000 debenture from Aug. 3, 2026 to Feb. 3, 2027.
The extension is subject to accelerated repayment under certain circumstances.
Sixth Borough is controlled by Robert D. Keyser, Jr., a member of the board.
