AtlasClear FY26 net income rises to $2 million; revenue climbs 85% to $20.1 million

Commission revenue climbed 56% to $9.3 million, while stock locate fees rose to $6.8 million and made up 34% of revenue.
Non-commission lines accounted for 54% of revenue, up 9 percentage points, and firm trading produced net gains of $0.5 million.
Cash and cash equivalents more than doubled to $15.4 million, while stockholders’ equity turned positive to $21.1 million.
AtlasClearing net capital rose 28% to $14.4 million, and six correspondent broker-dealers were signed with no meaningful revenue contribution yet.
