AtlasClear rebrands correspondent clearing unit Wilson-Davis as AtlasClearing

AtlasClear began rebranding its wholly owned correspondent clearing unit Wilson-Davis to AtlasClearing.

AtlasClearing will keep the same SEC registration, FINRA membership, custody arrangements, client relationships, supervisory framework and operations.

The clearing platform reported five correspondent broker-dealer agreements as of Q2 2026, including Dawson James Securities.

Management framed the AtlasClearing brand as a key step in scaling a multi-client clearing infrastructure across capital markets and banking.
