Atmus reported Q3 sales of $510 million, up 14% year over year and above analyst expectations of $501.09 million. Adjusted EPS was $0.77, beating the $0.74 consensus.
The company said sales growth was primarily driven by the Koch Filter acquisition, along with higher volumes, currency benefits and price increases. Gross margin rose with the acquisition, higher volumes and pricing, as well as lower one-time separation and warranty costs, partly offset by higher material and freight costs.
Atmus raised its 2026 net sales outlook to $2.01 billion-$2.04 billion and expects an adjusted EBITDA margin of 19.75%-20.25% and adjusted EPS of $2.90-$3.05. It also authorized a new $300 million share buyback program, replacing its prior authorization.
