ATN International Names Naji Khoury CEO Effective April 20, 2026
ATN International’s board will elevate Naji Khoury to president and CEO on April 20, 2026, while outgoing chief Brad Martin remains advisory through May. Khoury joins with almost 30 years in telecom, including 14 years at Liberty Communications Puerto Rico and six years as its CEO.
1. Board Appoints New CEO
ATN’s Board of Directors has appointed industry veteran Naji Khoury as president and chief executive officer effective April 20, 2026. Outgoing CEO Brad Martin will remain in an advisory capacity through the end of May to ensure a seamless leadership transition.
2. Khoury’s Telecom Track Record
Khoury brings nearly 30 years of telecommunications experience, including 14 years at Liberty Communications Puerto Rico—six of which he served as CEO. He also held senior leadership roles at Centennial Communications and GE Capital Services’ Spacenet unit.
3. Strategic Growth and Network Expansion
The Board cited Khoury’s proven ability to drive organic growth and execute acquisitions, noting his expertise will support ATN’s ongoing fiber network upgrades. His experience in Caribbean markets is expected to bolster the company’s rural connectivity strategy and long-term value creation.
