Atomera partners with IQE to develop RF GaN-on-silicon wafers
ATOM•Atomera signed a joint development agreement with IQE to develop high-performance, cost-effective RF GaN-on-silicon wafers for volume markets. IQE will manufacture wafers using Mears Silicon Technology, initially targeting improved RF linearity and loss, with possible expansion into power electronics.

IQE will manufacture wafers using Mears Silicon Technology for foundry and integrated device manufacturer customers. The collaboration initially targets improved RF linearity and loss, with scope to expand into power electronics.
