Adjusted net income rose 42.0% to RMB490 million (US$71 million), EBITDA climbed 85.2% to RMB689 million (US$100 million), and adjusted EBITDA grew 51.1% to RMB716 million (US$104 million).

2. Hotel Network Expansion

As of March 31, 2026, Atour’s network comprised 2,088 hotels with 232,298 rooms, marking year-over-year increases of 20.9% in hotel count and 19.4% in rooms. During the quarter, the company opened 110 new hotels and has 751 manachised hotels under development, while its manachised portfolio grew from 1,702 to 2,069 properties.

3. Operating Metrics and Retail Growth

Average daily room rate (ADR) reached RMB427 and occupancy was 70.6% in Q1, translating to RevPAR of RMB312. The retail segment delivered RMB1,071 million in revenue, up 54.4% year-over-year, driven by new product launches and expanded distribution channels.
