ATRenew Inc. appointed JD.com investment director Yue Teng to its eight-member board and compensation committee and named Rui Zhu to the nominating and corporate governance committee, replacing Mervin Ye Zhou. Yue Teng currently directs JD.com’s Strategic Investment Department, overseeing logistics and industrial property investments. He previously held roles at Hony Capital’s real estate investment team, Goldstream Investment and Amundi Smith Breeden, and holds a bachelor’s in operations research from Fudan University and a master’s in engineering management from Duke University.
