RERE•ATRenew cut Scope 1 and 2 emissions intensity by 9.5% in 2025 toward its 35% 2030 target and launched a sustainability-linked trade finance facility with Citibank. It was named an Earthshot Prize finalist after investing RMB240 million in R&D and achieving over 99% AI inspection accuracy.

ATRenew aligned with the IFRS S2 framework to assess climate-related risks and reduced Scope 1 and 2 emissions intensity by 9.5% in 2025 versus 2024, advancing toward its 35% reduction goal by 2030.
2. Green Finance and Circular Economy Recognition
The company launched a sustainability-linked trade finance facility in partnership with Citibank, setting quantitative ESG KPIs, and was named a finalist for the Earthshot Prize in the "Build a Waste-Free World" category.
3. Social Responsibility and Governance
ATRenew enhanced data governance to prevent privacy incidents, achieved ISO 45001 certification, increased female representation to 39.3%, delivered 131,324 employee training hours, and supported 69 rural schools through its digital education aid program.
4. R&D and Technological Innovation
In 2025, ATRenew invested RMB240 million in R&D, hired 449 full-time researchers, secured 57 new intellectual property grants, and deployed AI-powered inspection systems achieving over 99% detection accuracy on premium devices.
