1. Equity awards
The awards were made under Atrium Therapeutics’ 2026 Employment Inducement Incentive Award Plan. Both vest 25% on the grant’s first anniversary, subject to continued service through each vesting date. The remaining options vest in 36 substantially equal monthly installments, while the remaining restricted stock units vest in three substantially equal annual installments.
