Auddia to issue 1,160,045 shares in warrant exchange
AUUD•Auddia agreed to exchange 580,023 outstanding warrants for 1,160,045 common shares. Subject to stockholder approval, it will exchange another 4,135,539 warrants for 8,271,077 shares.
1. Warrant exchange terms
Auddia agreed on November 6, 2026, to exchange outstanding warrants for two common shares per warrant in an unregistered transaction. The initial exchange covers 580,023 warrants for 1,160,045 shares; a further exchange of 4,135,539 warrants for 8,271,077 shares is subject to stockholder approval.
