Auddia disclosed an LOI for Influence Healthcare to sublease a 24,000-square-foot specialty hospital in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
The facility includes four operating rooms, and occupancy is targeted no later than June 1, 2027.
The LOI outlines a path to assume the master lease running through Jan. 24, 2036, subject to operational and regulatory milestones.
Each operating room is expected to generate $5 million to $10 million in annual revenue, supporting a 2027 revenue ramp.
