AudioEye reported third-quarter revenue of $10.96 million, up 7% year over year and slightly above the $10.93 million analyst consensus. Adjusted EPS was $0.30, compared with a $0.27 consensus.

AudioEye expects fourth-quarter revenue of $11.4 million to $11.6 million and full-year 2026 adjusted EPS of at least $1.04 per share. It raised its full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to $13.4 million-$13.6 million. The company said higher sales, AI-related operational efficiencies, lower sales and marketing costs, reduced R&D spending and a 12% year-over-year increase in annual recurring revenue contributed to results. AudioEye authorized a $15 million share repurchase program earlier in October.
