Auna cuts 2026 adjusted EBITDA outlook to broadly flat year over year
AUNA•Auna now expects 2026 adjusted EBITDA to remain broadly stable year over year, down from its previous outlook for growth at the lower end of 10%-14% on a currency-neutral basis, excluding specified one-time effects.
1. Lower EBITDA outlook
Auna cut its 2026 adjusted EBITDA outlook to broadly flat year over year. Its previous expectation was growth at the lower end of 10%-14% on a currency-neutral basis, excluding one-time effects primarily tied to prior-year receivables billing penalties. A Colombian payor contract caused temporary cost pressure after an unexpectedly high incidence of advanced-stage cancer among covered patients.
2. Other forecasts unchanged
Revenue growth remains on track with guidance, supported by Mexico's strong second-half recovery and favorable third-quarter volume and specialty-service trends. Auna continues to forecast capital spending of approximately 4% of consolidated revenue, while free cash flow and leverage continue to improve.
