Aurelion forms digital asset management committee
AURE•Aurelion established a Digital Asset Management Committee on November 6, 2026, to oversee its digital asset treasury activities.
1. Committee responsibilities
Board Chairman Chang-Wei Chiu chairs the two-member voting committee, with CEO Frank Zheng as the other voting member. Chief Accounting Officer Joyce Zheng may participate as a non-voting adviser. The committee will prioritize capital preservation and asset security within board-set strategy and risk parameters; material strategic changes and significant transactions remain subject to board approval.
