Aureus Greenway Raises $50M Total, MatrixFold Drone in $1B Pentagon Program
PUSA•Aureus Greenway has raised a total of $50.03 million through its $15 million IPO, $26 million PIPE and a $9.03 million PIPE following its merger with Powerus. Its MatrixFold multi-purpose attack drone was invited to compete in the Department of Defense’s $1 billion Drone Dominance Program Phase II qualifier.
1. Capital Raises Totaling $50.03 Million
Since its February 2025 IPO of $15 million, Aureus Greenway has completed a $26 million PIPE in July 2025 and a $9.03 million PIPE in March 2026 following its merger with Powerus, bringing its total capital raised to $50.03 million to fund product development and operations.
2. MatrixFold Drone in $1B Defense Program
Powerus’s MatrixFold multi-purpose attack drone, now under Aureus Greenway, was selected for the Phase II qualifier of the U.S. Department of Defense’s $1 billion Drone Dominance Program, a key defense initiative aiming to procure over 200,000 drones by 2027 under the latest defense budget.
3. Strategic Growth Outlook
Participation in the Pentagon program offers Aureus Greenway potential government contracts and validation of its drone technology, positioning the company to leverage additional defense funding and pursue broader aerospace and defense sector partnerships as it scales production.
