Aurora Cannabis names new EVP for global commercial
Aurora Cannabis named Faris El Refaie executive vice president, global commercial, effective Sept. 28, 2026.
The role will lead global commercial acceleration for the medical cannabis business across Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and other international markets.
El Refaie previously held leadership roles at JAMP Pharma Group, GSK and AstraZeneca, spanning oncology, specialty care, vaccines and consumer healthcare.
