The Company completed an accretive acquisition of EU-GMP certified Safari Flower Company in April and ended FY2026 with $164.7 million in cash and no debt.

Aurora Cannabis achieved record annual global medical cannabis net revenue of $288.6 million, an 18% increase over FY2025, and delivered a record adjusted EBITDA of $53.8 million, up 32% year-over-year, driven by double-digit growth in Europe and strong Canadian insured patient sales.
2. Fourth Quarter Performance Details
In Q4 FY2026, total net revenue rose 10% to $84.8 million, led by a 14% increase in medical cannabis net revenue to $77.1 million. Consumer cannabis revenue fell to $3.6 million as the Company shifted focus to its medical business, while consolidated adjusted gross margin before fair value adjustments was 60%.
3. Acquisition of Safari Flower Company
In April, Aurora completed an accretive acquisition of Safari Flower Company, an EU-GMP certified manufacturer, expanding its supply capacity to serve profitable international medical cannabis markets and reinforcing its regulatory and commercial footprint in Europe.
4. Strong Liquidity and Debt Position
Aurora closed FY2026 with approximately $164.7 million in cash, short-term investments and cash equivalents, maintained a debt-free balance sheet, and highlighted its ability to fund growth initiatives and strategic opportunities without external leverage.
