Aurora Cannabis says Safari Flower acquisition adds EU-GMP capacity after certification update

Aurora said Safari Flower is positioned to contribute incremental net revenue and adjusted EBITDA in fiscal 2027, second quarter.
Safari Flower acquisition adds EU-GMP capacity
Aurora Cannabis said its acquisition of Safari Flower Company is expected to be accretive and will add EU-GMP capacity to support international medical cannabis supply.
The company said Safari Flower received EU-GMP certification in July.
