PAG Pegasus will commit $10 million to a strategy underpinned by Aurora Mobile’s proprietary big data analytics, with both parties sharing investment returns based on realized fund performance.
2. Warrant Issuance Details
Aurora Mobile granted PAG Pegasus three-year warrants enabling the purchase of up to 725,000 American depositary shares at $13.80 each, a premium of approximately 85% over the company’s average closing price of $7.43 per ADS in the past ten trading days. Full exercise of the warrants would generate $10 million in gross proceeds for Aurora Mobile.
