Sept. 2 (Reuters) - Australia's ACCC said Kimberly-Clark's acquisition of Kenvue has been approved subject to the sale of the Carefree and Stayfree brands.
The ACCC said that without divestiture of the Carefree and Stayfree brands, the acquisition would substantially lessen competition in the supply of period care products in Australia.
