Australia's WhiteHawk gains on entering $1.05 million debt facility
WHWK•WhiteHawk entered an A$1.5 million ($1.05 million) unsecured, non-convertible debt facility with ANCA Capital. It said proceeds will fund general working capital and cost reduction programmes.

WhiteHawk shares rose as much as 16.7% to A$0.004, their highest level since September 21. The company said the facility is unsecured and non-convertible, with no security to be issued to the lender.
