Autazes FEED Contract and $63.3M Equity Raise De-Risk Brazil Potash Project

GROGRO

Brazil Potash’s Autazes project secured a FEED contract with Wood plc and Promon Engenharia, boosting engineering credibility and lender-ready execution planning. A $63.3 million equity raise and a 10-year authorization for 10.5 million m³/year surface water supply further strengthen liquidity and de-risk key infrastructure workstreams.

1. FEED Contract Award

The May 2026 FEED contract with a Wood plc and Promon Engenharia consortium covers the processing plant, tailings facility, river port and 13 km of road upgrades, integrating engineering detail that enhances project bankability and supports lender-facing construction financing discussions.

2. Liquidity Boost from Equity Raise

GRO’s $63.3 million underwritten equity offering, including seven million shares at $2.50 and pre-funded warrants at $2.499, extends corporate runway, funds FEED and development work, and increases flexibility in securing anchor equity and construction financing.

3. Water Rights Approval De-Risks Supply

The 10-year water extraction authorization from ANA permits up to 2,400 m³/hour (10.5 million m³ annually) from the Rio Madeira, enabling surface water sourcing, reducing reliance on deep groundwater wells, lowering execution complexity and potential capital requirements.

4. Indigenous Partnership and BOOT Proposals

GRO formalized a Term of Commitment with the Mura Indigenous Council to support social and economic development across 37 villages, while evaluating Build-Own-Operate proposals for port, steam plant and 20 MW power assets to shift infrastructure capital burdens.
