authID wins deployment deal with global industrial automation manufacturer

authID was selected by a global industrial automation provider to deploy biometric identity verification across Microsoft Entra ID and ServiceNow.

The rollout targets workforce security for tens of thousands of employees and contractors, including service desk identity checks and onboarding.

The deployment follows a proof of concept spanning ServiceNow password reset, Entra ID authentication and biometric enrollment.

The customer chose Proof identity verification and Verified + PrivacyKey biometric authentication, citing deepfake defenses and a privacy design that avoids storing biometric templates.

The decision also cited pre-built Entra and ServiceNow integrations, no professional-services costs in the pilot and a quantum-resistant architecture upgrade.
