Autodesk issues USD 1 billion in notes to repay term loan credit agreement

Autodesk to issue $1 billion of senior notes

Autodesk entered an underwriting agreement on Sept. 8, 2026 to issue USD 1 billion of senior notes.
Offering includes USD 500 million 5.050% Notes due 2029, USD 500 million 5.650% Notes due 2033.
Net proceeds, combined with cash on hand, earmarked to repay USD 1 billion under its June 15, 2026 term loan.
Interest payable semi-annually on March 15, Sept. 15 starting March 15, 2027.
Notes include change-of-control repurchase trigger tied to a downgrade below investment grade.
