Autolus data show leukemia responses deepen beyond first month after obe-cel treatment
AUTL•Autolus Therapeutics said obe-cel responses in relapsed or refractory adult B-cell leukemia deepened beyond the first month, with delayed responders having outcomes comparable to early responders. Initial phase 1 results for D8 CAR-T in relapsed or refractory AL amyloidosis showed complete blood responses and encouraging organ-function improvements.
1. Clinical updates
Autolus Therapeutics will present clinical updates at the American Society of Hematology meeting in New Orleans, December 12-15, 2026. Obe-cel responses deepened beyond the first month in relapsed or refractory adult B-cell leukemia, and delayed responders had outcomes comparable to early responders.
2. Other study findings
Initial phase 1 ALARIC results showed complete blood responses in patients receiving D8 CAR-T for relapsed or refractory AL amyloidosis. Treatment was well tolerated, with encouraging improvements in organ function. A separate analysis supported a commercially available test for monitoring obe-cel levels in clinical practice.
