Avaí Bio, Austrianova hold first steering committee meeting with San Raffaele
AVAI•Avaí Bio, Austrianova and Ospedale San Raffaele held their first joint steering committee meeting on a diabetes cell therapy program. Initial studies will test the viability and function of San Raffaele stem cell-derived beta cells encapsulated using Austrianova’s Cell-in-a-Box technology.
