AvePoint Q2 FY26 net income swings to $27.57 million; revenue rises 22% to $124.5 million

AvePoint posted Q2 GAAP net income of $27.57 million, up from $2.7 million a year earlier; GAAP operating income rose to $10.22 million.
Revenue climbed 22% year over year to $124.5 million, led by SaaS revenue up 27% to $98.51 million.
GAAP operating margin widened 1.2 percentage points to 8.2%, while ARR increased 27% to $465.1 million.
Dollar-based gross retention held at 89%, while dollar-based net retention was 111%.
Management commentary
CEO Tianyi Jiang cited rising demand for “trusted AI” and said AvePoint extended its Confidence Platform trust layer to agentic AI and multicloud infrastructure.
