- Avery Dennison named William Wagner independent board chair effective Sept. 1, 2026, serving through the 2027 annual meeting.
- Wagner has been a director since October 2022, serving as chair of the Governance Committee and chair of the Cybersecurity Committee.
- Patrick Siewert will step down as lead independent director on Aug. 31, 2026.
- Siewert will take over as Governance Committee chair effective Sept. 1, 2026; he currently serves on the committee.
