Avidbank Holdings posted Q2 2026 net income of $7.6 million, down 15.56% from Q1 2026; diluted EPS fell 15.48% to $0.71.
Results included $2.6 million in litigation settlement expense, partly offset by about $1.3 million of BOLI death-benefit income; non-GAAP adjusted net income was $8.2 million.
