Avidia Bancorp announces annual shareholder meeting

Avidia Bancorp will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Marlborough, Massachusetts on Sept. 15, 2026.
Shareholders will vote to elect four directors for three-year terms.
Balloting also covers approval of the 2026 Equity Incentive Plan.
A separate vote will ratify BDMP Assurance as independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
