The outlook follows 2Q adjusted EBITDA of $286 million on revenue of $3 billion; net income was $63 million.
The company guided per-unit fleet costs per month at about $310-$320 in 3Q 2026 and about $315-$325 for FY 2026.
In 2Q, per-unit fleet costs per month were $290, and vehicle utilization rose to 72.6% from 70.7% a year earlier.
