Avita Medical amends 8-K to set annual executive pay advisory votes through 2032

Avita Medical filed an amended 8-K to add its decision on how often it will hold future say-on-pay votes.

The board set the advisory vote frequency at annual, aligning with the top stockholder choice at the June 3, 2026 meeting.

Vote totals were:

• 1-year: 9,545,151
• 2-years: 924,743
• 3-years: 650,252
• Abstentions: 581,759
• Broker non-votes: 3,890,542

Annual votes will continue until the next required frequency vote, due no later than the 2032 annual meeting.
