Axe Compute chairman Nuzum, two other directors resign
AGPU•Chairman Charles L. Nuzum and directors Daniel E. Handley and Gregory S. St. Clair resigned from Axe Compute’s board and committees effective October 27, leaving three vacancies. The board reconstituted its committees on November 2 and said it was evaluating candidates with relevant industry experience.

Nuzum, Handley and St. Clair resigned from Axe Compute’s board and all its committees effective October 27, 2026. The departures left four directors, including three independent members, and three board vacancies. On November 2, the board reconstituted its audit, compensation, and nominating and governance committees with continuing independent directors. It said it was in advanced stages of evaluating candidates with relevant industry experience following the divestiture of its legacy Helomics business.
