Axe Compute signs more than $1.3 billion in customer contracts
Axe Compute signed more than USD 1.3 billion of new AI infrastructure customer contracts across the US and Europe, exceeding its 2026 USD 1 billion target.
Deals run five years with extension options, include significant upfront prepayments, and include provisions for ongoing GPU upgrades.
Prepayments are expected in Q3 2026; revenue is expected to start in late Q4 2026; ARR is expected to rise above USD 384 million on deployment.
CEO Christopher Miglino flagged potential for an additional USD 2 billion in signed contracts this year that could contribute to next year’s ARR.
