Axis Capital’s Board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per common share payable July 15, 2026 to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2026. The Board also approved a $34.375 dividend per Series E 5.50% preferred share (equivalent to $0.34375 per depositary share) on the same dates.

Axis Capital’s Board of Directors approved a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per common share, with payment scheduled for July 15, 2026 and a record date of June 30, 2026.
2. Preferred Series E Dividend
In addition to the common dividend, the Board declared a dividend of $34.375 per Series E 5.50% preferred share (equivalent to $0.34375 per depositary share) payable on July 15, 2026 to holders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2026.
