Axon appoints Vivek Mohindra, Eiso Kant to board of directors
AXON•Board appointments effective July 8
Axon appointed Vivek Mohindra, former Dell Technologies chief strategy officer, to its board effective July 8, 2026.
Mohindra also joined the audit committee, with an additional seat on the compensation committee.
Eiso Kant, co-founder and co-CEO of AI model company poolside, also joined the board effective immediately.
Kant was named a non-voting observer on the board’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Structure Committee.
