Axos Financial posted fiscal Q4 net income of USD 124.95 million, up 12.9% year over year; diluted EPS rose 12.5% to USD 2.16.
Net interest income climbed 13.5% to USD 317.89 million; non-interest income jumped 49.9% to USD 61.88 million.
Expenses rise on FINRA accrual and higher operating costs
Non-interest expense increased to USD 205.95 million, due to a USD 21 million FINRA arbitration accrual plus higher depreciation, amortization, and salaries.
