AXTI• Supply and capacity reservation agreement with Lumentum
- AXT signed a long-term supply and capacity reservation agreement with Lumentum for indium phosphide wafer substrates through Dec. 31, 2031.
- Lumentum will pay an initial deposit of USD 43.5 million within 30 business days; a second USD 43.5 million deposit is slated for 2028.
- Deposits will be applied as shipment credits against product purchases; AXT will also support additional capacity if needed.
