AYR Wellness closes Ohio asset transfer to noteholders’ Arboretum unit in restructuring deal

AYR Wellness completed the first transfer of its Ohio operations to subsidiaries of Arboretum Bidco LLC under its restructuring transactions. Required state regulatory clearances were secured before closing.
