Aytu Biopharma reported Q4 fiscal 2026 net revenue rose 6.4% to USD 16.1 million versus the year-ago quarter.
Net loss narrowed to USD 15,000, versus USD 19.82 million a year earlier.
Full-year results and EXXUA launch update
Full-year net revenue fell 13.3% to USD 57.6 million, and net loss widened to USD 14.25 million.
EXXUA produced USD 3.94 million of Q4 net revenue, its first full quarter of launch, and USD 6.57 million for the year.
CEO Josh Disbrow said Q4 prescriptions topped 3,300, more than doubled sequentially, while June reached a record 1,261 scripts.
