A separate Power Champion hosting contract covers 10 MW at $150 per kW monthly, totaling approximately $90 million over 60 months. The capacity has not been energized, and charges apply only to delivered, energized capacity; expansion rights extend to 50 MW. Azio AI is targeting additional GPU customers at $255 per kW monthly, a rate not backed by signed contracts.
