Azul draws R$ 1.3 billion first tranche under BNDES financing program
AZUL•Azul drew about R$ 1.3 billion under a BNDES FNAC financing program of up to R$ 2.66 billion. The remaining R$ 1.3 billion is expected in 4Q26.
1. Loan terms and use
Azul executed a definitive loan agreement with BNDES under the FNAC program for up to R$ 2.66 billion. The facility has a term of up to five years and supports liquidity, financial flexibility and liability-management initiatives. The transaction includes prepayment of an existing higher-cost obligation of about R$ 400 million.
